Vendor-Neutral Procurement

Independent RFPs, bid review, and vendor selection. We don't take referral fees. We don't have preferred OEM partners. We get paid by you to recommend what's actually right for your site.

What it is

  • RFP / RFQ authorship from a vendor-neutral baseline design.
  • Bid review, normalization across responses, and price benchmarking against published list and recent comparable engagements.
  • Reference checks, vendor capability assessment, and proof-of-concept design.
  • Post-award contract review for SLAs, acceptance criteria, and warranty terms.

When you need it

  • You're about to spend a meaningful capital amount on wireless infrastructure and want a check on what you're buying.
  • Internal stakeholders disagree on which vendor to choose and need an independent voice in the room.
  • Procurement is asking for capability statements, NAICS codes, and references — and you need a wireless-literate partner on your side of the table.

Our methodology

  1. 01Requirements baseline. We translate the operational requirements into something a vendor can bid against — without naming a vendor.
  2. 02RFP authorship. Statement of work, acceptance criteria, deliverables, warranty terms, and pricing structure designed to be normalizable across responses.
  3. 03Bid review. We score responses against the criteria you set, flag where vendors are getting clever with the BOM, and benchmark prices.
  4. 04Vendor selection. Reference checks, capability validation, and a written recommendation. You decide; we tell you what we'd do.
Documented assumptions. Every methodology step generates a record. You see the inputs, the calibration data, and the gaps — not a pretty PDF with conclusions you can't audit.

Typical deliverables

  • Vendor-neutral RFP / RFQ package
  • Bid evaluation matrix and price benchmark
  • Reference check summary
  • Vendor selection memo with dissenting opinions where relevant
  • Negotiation support through award

Request a wireless assessment. An engineer (not a sales rep) will walk through what you're seeing and propose what we'd actually do.
