What we are

Wireless Phone Services is a ~35-person consulting firm headquartered in Miami, FL, with field engineers across North America. We were founded in 2019 on a small idea: wireless network buyers deserve an engineering voice on their side of the table.

We serve mid-market and Fortune 1000 clients across manufacturing, warehousing & logistics, healthcare, mining & energy, public sector, and retail. Most of our work is referred. Some of it comes from clients we've worked with for years across multiple facilities.

We are deliberately not a managed-service provider, not an integrator, and not a reseller. We don't carry an OEM partnership that biases our recommendations. We don't earn referral fees. We don't have a hardware catalog to sell.

What we are not

We are not the right partner for every project. If you need someone to install hardware, run a 24/7 NOC, or manage your network on an ongoing basis, you need a different kind of firm — and we'll happily point you toward several good ones.

We are also not a thought-leadership shop. We publish field notes a few times a quarter when there's something engineers haven't already read elsewhere. We don't run a newsletter and we don't have a content marketing engine.
