Who runs your engagement
A principal owns the engagement end to end. A senior engineer owns the technical design. A field engineering manager owns the on-site work. We tell you who these people are before the work starts, in writing.
No surprise subcontracting
We do not subcontract design work. Field work is done by our own field engineering staff, organized by metro. If a specialist outside our team is required (for example, a structural engineer for a particular DAS mounting question), we say so in writing and you approve it.
