We hire engineers who want to do honest work for clients who can tell the difference. We don't hire to build a sales engine. If that sounds like the wrong place to be, it might be the right place to be.
How we hire
A first conversation with the hiring manager. A structured technical conversation with two engineers from outside the hiring team. A small take-home exercise that mirrors the work — we pay for your time. A reference and a written offer.
We do not do whiteboard puzzles. We do not do unpaid take-homes. We do not do nine-round interview gauntlets.
Where we work
Headquarters in Miami, FL. Field engineers based in 14 metros. Hybrid by default for HQ roles; remote for most engineering roles, with site travel as the work demands.
